Raspberry Jam - The first Jam of many...

Ok, so here we go... first up... it's....

 

RASPBERRY JAM

Ok, so, Jam. Well I tried some Raspberry jam today, on some toast. It was nice, with a nice texture, and not too many seeds. It has a slightly bitter taste, which is a nice thing to have on toast. I also tried it on a crumpet, and with melted butter, it was lovely. I wouldn't put it in a pie though, as it is too bitter, you would have to put alot more sugar in it. It has a nice consistancy and makes me want to windmill on my balcony, but alas, I am much too shy, so instead, do it on chatroulette.

Anyway, to the ratings...

Raspberry Jam, gets 4 JamJams for taste.

It gets 3 for consistancy...

..and 5 for having it on crumpets.
